SHIPPING AND RETURNS The shipping cost includes packaging and handling. The estimated delivery times given below are a best guess estimate and can be taken as no more than that. For a destination within Australia: Parcels are sent via Australia Post and the options are as follows: Regular Post Parcels are delivery within 2 to 5 working days depending on your area. Express Post Parcels are delivery within 2 days if the destination is within the Next Business Day Delivery Network, otherwise slightly longer. For a destination outside Australia: Parcels are sent Air Mail via Australia Post. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 calendar days depending on the area.| If you wish your parcel to be sent by international courier, please contact us. Sending your order by courier will attract an additional cost. We will inform you of this additional cost and seek your authorisation before shipping the parcel.
